Chalcidoid wasp (Euperilampus triangularis )

Larose Forest

A tiny brilliantly shiny wasp with an oddly truncated abdomen, as if it has lost the last segment. You can see how small it is because it is sitting on only one small floret of a wild parsnip flower.
