My rational mind reminds me that those buzzards don't know who lives in this house, and they are just looking for a high spot to perch and decide where to go next. I live on a ranch in a remote area and frequently there are buzzards flying around.
So, I don't take it as a "sign."
That being said, I'm always extra careful, at home and away.
