Fridays and Sundays we spend the day together. It is a lot of fun. Usually on Friday we go grocery shopping for the week. Today we found out that Kroger had beef skirt steak on sale. Can you say fajitas? Our original plan was some sort of chicken dish, but beef fajitas and grilled peppers and onions trumped that idea. So I put the whole thing together and we had a very enjoyable lunch. I guess we'll do the chicken bit on Sunday.
