Mango Mousse

Peel mango, chop the flesh and purée in a food processor. Whip double cream to stiff peaks, and fold in most of the mango purée,
until well mixed. Spoon into glass dishes and drizzle over the rest of the puréed mango. Chill for an hour before eating.
