Good news.
It looked like my white honeysuckle vine had gone to Plant Heaven during the Winter of 2018/2019.
My husband had forgotten to water it while I was out of town for several weeks. By the time I got home, all the leaves had dropped off. They didn't return in the Spring of 2019. However, rather than throw the plant out, I still kept watering it anyhow. I just wasn't willing to part with my honeysuckle. Nothing happened during the Summer & Fall of 2019. The Honeysuckle remained a stick-like, leafless vine. However, the wood was not brittle. So, I saw a tiny sign of life & continued to care for it. Nothing happened during the Winter of 2019/2020. But then, after we went into social isolation in March 2020, leaves suddenly started to reappear. Two months later, my Southern White Honeysuckle is now flowering again. Indoors, of course, where I've had it growing it since 2002. What a nice surprise to have this honeysuckle survive and finally rebound after a year & a half of stress induced dormancy. This is a testimony to "never give up hope".

COVID Update: May 19, 2020, 02:07 GMT
USA
1,550,294 confirmed cases of COVID-19
91,981 American Deaths
Milestone: Today, the United States has surpassed 1 1/2 Million Cases of COVID-19;
which is more than all of Europe combined.
Note: "President Donald Trump said Monday that he is taking a malaria drug to protect against the new coronavirus, despite warnings from his own government that it should only be administered for COVID-19 in a hospital or research setting due to potentially fatal side effects." Very odd. Taking this drug by the president doesn't make sense. Nevertheless, many Americans will rush to follow his lead; against the caution of doctors and researchers.
