Upon researching a definition for double/multiple exposure, I discovered that a double exposure (or multiple exposure) is a combination of two or more images and one or more are less than full opacity. This can be done in camera or in post processing.
My image came from the inspiration of Nathalie Mansey's presentation at one of our club meetings.
"The Poppies Grow" was shot in camera as a double exposure. The bridge was the first image; shot at ISO 200, 24 mm, F8, 1/40 second. The poppies (that were on a decorated garbage can just before the entrance of the bridge) was the second image; shot at ISO 200, 105 mm, F8, 1/8 second. Image was post processed in Lightroom.
