In our continuing quest to eat well and eat healthy, we ended up with quite a treat today. Ginny found some filet mignon which is normally priced at $19.95 per pound marked down to $5.99 so she bought it. Many times I would like to sous vide really good cuts of meat, but this time we decided to make our entire meal on the grill. Total cooking time for everything was ten minutes. I had the plates warming in the oven and a couple empty containers for the steaks and vegetables. Everything went hot onto the table and we enjoyed a repast better than you could get at any restaurant.
