No doubt - 1/4 sec hand held is great. The lines/drops/spray are all quite sharp.
I can see the waterfall, but there aren't a lot of water sprays. Though this might be the far edge.

This is a more experimental entry...I don't know if it will survive the final cut. Also, Pride Goeth before the Fall...I entered and worked on this image at least in part because hand-held, 1/4 sec sharp image is a personal best for me.

This however is the man made waterfalls down at the end of the Getty Gardens, falling over glass-like tile and into shining lights...shot at 1/4 seconds, handheld...grin

Well, I will say I am uncertain at what I am looking at.
Several possibilities cross my mind, none of which convince me I'm right.
