The Arneson Theater is an outdoor performance theater along the river walk. The seating is on the opposite side of the river.
They have a Dia de Los Muertos performance weekend here, so these figures are here on the stage only in October.
I wonder if they have to stop the river tour boats while there is a performance here. All the boats go back and forth around this bend.
