Dick was keen for me to take a photo of his roast meat; he
describes it as half a small leg of lamb with lemon slices, garlic and rosemary sprigs in
slits on the top plus a sprinkle of salt & black pepper. Slightly pink inside. We had a visitor to help eat the meat.
I had two tiny pieces of tofu, still recovering, but feeling a little better this morning.
