August is a busy month for our family, 5 family members have birthdays, and this year 2 of them celebrated their 50th.
Dick called me to take a photo of his focaccia as it just came
out of the oven, and here it is! He took along a whole
smoked trout to go with his focaccia; but there was no shortage
of food, set out for grazing, and both his fish & bread were
very popular. The topping was caramelized onion & garlic and anchovies. I was not called on for the taste test.
