Abundant Citrus

Sugar Land, Texas

My neighbor's Oranges. You can find Citrus growing in just about every yard.
This has been a particularly good year for an abundant crop.
At home, we only have kumquats after losing our lemon tree in a storm a few years ago.

Wow, what a fantastic sight! I love oranges and it is difficult to even imagine having such bounty in a garden here! V

Your neighbor certainly has a lot of fruit. We have seedless oranges and lemons and thanks to the branches of neighbors trees also limes and small oranges with seeds.

They look like Christmas balls to me :)
This is quite a load of oranges - wow!

What a great capture of all these oranges. I had no idea when the trees produce fruit, but I never would have expected in winter. V.

The possums eat ours before can blink....clearly your recent rain has given them a boost. I was talking on the phone to someone in Atlanta this morning...she's over being wet :)

Looks like it's almost time for some fresh squeeze orange juice.
