Trident

There are three Trident Grills in Tucson, this Reuben is from #2. The $12 "Super Reuben" as it shows on the menu, comes with fries and a pickle. It certainly looks good and took a bit to get my hands around it. They use a lot coleslaw- so much that I could not taste the sauerkraut or swiss cheese. The coleslaw was good, even if there was too much of it. The corned beef around the edges of the sandwich was burned from the grill and tasted rubbery, but the corned beef that was in the center of the sandwhich, while not overly tender, was ok. The ryebread was just a tad on the overly toasted side, but not burnt. The pickle was nothing special and the fries were decent. My overall grade for the sandwich would be a "C"

I love the detailed critique. The photo is lush. When I look at it in original size I want to jump into the screen and take a bite.
