I was carrying some penalty pounds when this occurred. In fact, that was the highest that my weight has ever been. I had been fighting recurrent sinus infections and was put on powerful steroids for a few months post-surgery. Once I got off the steroids and could exercise again I was able to lose the excess weight fairly quickly.
