Sometimes I just like to fire up Lightroom and have a look at my photos. It is fun to go back and look at things from the past and remember what all was going on. I do that a lot. As I have mentioned before, from the get-go I have been applying keywords to all my photos. There are a few which have no keywords. Occasionally I go back and work on them. Often I find inconsistencies in the keywords and then spend some time getting things straightened out. It is fun to do.
Today I decided to browse back in time and just enjoy for a while. I have 199,574 photos in my collection. That is about one terabyte of data. I searched the database for photos of Ginny and found that there were 18,657 that included her. There were 4547 photos which included just the two of us. Of course some of those are out-takes because I am reluctant to delete anything except outright boo boos. There is a special keyword set up which is used to flag my favorites of all time. There are only 129 of those.
My photo for today is one of my favorites of all time. We were out in Grand Teton National Park last year when I got this shot. Ginny is good at finding a nice pose on a moments notice, and this is an example of that. Life is good.
