The Joy of Life Fountain on Universitätsplatz by Jo Jastram and Reinhard Dietrich
This fountain and sculpture have been here since the 1980's to symbolize the rebirth of Rostock since the end of WW2. I am surprised that the Communist DDR government allowed such art.
