Since we were flying almost monthly to Tampa we were really looking forward to a new dining option in the Southwest Terminal. We tried the Rumfish a month or two after it opened, avoiding the break in confusion operation when a new restaurant opens, and both of us were disappointed in the restaurant and we won't go back again. You have to win us over the very first time we dine in your restaurant or you've lost us forever. We found that the Rumfish entrees are pricey and the quality was mediocre. You would think that most Southwest passengers would prefer a good value restaurant like they find Southwest Airlines to be and that they want good food at a fair price. Shula's is still the best option if you have the time between or before flights.
