Project Day 55 - Exile Day 5 - It was a busy day at the house. Ginny went over early because the plumbers were supposed to be there at 7:00 am. Well, that didn't happen. Eventually the plumbers and the electricians were all there and lots of stuff was getting done. The electricians discovered some wires which were pierced with nails. They also found a spot which was causing a short. We knew about that and had disabled that leg of the circuit. A lot of dry wall has been removed to expose these problem areas. Today's photo is of one of the plumbers contemplating how he was going to get drains and water service to an area that includes the kitchen sink, dishwasher and an external water faucet. This is why they get the big bucks, I guess.

They do get big bucks. Not something I would want to do.

The skilled trades pay well and you don't need a college
degree to get started.
