虎度門(Hu-Du-Men)

Hu-Du-Men (The tiger passing door) is a specific terminology of Cantonese opera, meaning the entrance on the two sides of the stage. It refers to the entrance where the performers once stepped into stage will completely involve in acting the historical characters and forget themselves on the stage. The photo was captured during the Cantonese Opera Festival on 27 November 2016 when Ms Lin Ying-shi was performing in the "White Dragon Pass".
