We spent the day at Natural Bridges National Monument. We were here last year but didn't climb down to see all the bridges from river level. Ginny decided that is what we wold do and that is what we did. It was very hot in the sun. There was very little shade. There were nice clouds, however. This is one of Ginny's shots of Owachomo Bridge which is the oldest of the three bridges at the site. It is unusual to have a bridge, let alone three bridges within a few miles of each other.

After we finished at Natural Bridges, we motored on to Moab for a planned six night stay. I know Dave will be here at the end of the month. Unfortunately, our schedules did not overlap. This is Labor Day weekend coming up. The likelihood is that the place will be mobbed. Thankfully, we are in our hotel room until after the mob departs on Monday. The trick to getting around Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park is to go early. After mid morning, the lines of cars are very long getting into the parks. Since we have park passes, there is often a shortcut for pass holders.
