Reveler Conservation Area

This very large (about 18 mm) fly went buzzing past and stood out because of the colour. It landed nearby and I got two shots before it took off. I saw one in the same area last year about a week later than this.

Nice capture. That is a huge fly. Unfortunately also a bit funny looking because it's head is so small. 8-)
