#6755 was built by the Pennsylvania Railroad at Juniata Shops
in 1930. Note that many of these machines have had rusted
jacketing removed, as well as the (likely asbestos containing)
insulation underneath, then are painted to prevent further rust.
As such, one sees a lot of rivets, staybolt heads and piping that
would have been concealed when the locomotive was operational.
