My husband built the lap and hammer dulcimers for me and I "played" with learning them, but the piano won out. They remain pretty to look at, if not used. The afghan is used to cover cat damage on the chair and a bag of dried meal worms for my birds (and squirrels) is visible behind the snake plant. By the way, this image, taken with incandescent light is a great example of how good the auto white balance is in this camera.
