Pretty Hydrangea
I adore flowers of any kind, but I have a very special place in my heart for blue flowers.
These particular flowers came from a floral centerpiece at a business meeting yesterday morning.
I "won" the centerpiece, made of leaves and hydrangea. Brought it home to enjoy for the weekend.

We have one of those out in the front yard, though it has yet to make it into any of my galleries. Nor will it in the near future since all of its flowers got chopped in yesterday's brief burst of gardening, done during the all too brief hiatus of heat and rain. Our summer heat had killed them dead anyway. But these ones are healthy; soft of texture and translucent of light.
