At the end of a late Spring evening I noticed some very highly defined lines etched on to the beach at Traigh Lar. They were broad and deep and had interesting curves in them and had partially filled with standing water which duly reflected the contents of the sky. The latter rapidly changed from blue sky flecked with white clouds to a sombre sheet of grey that was lit by soft strawberry coloured light. The moment was interrupted by a heavy burst of rain but I did manage to capture that beautiful soft light.
