This image poses some interesting questions. The shadows on the flower indicate that the light from the right was quite strong, however the rest of the image, including the buds above the flower, is quite dark. This gives the impression that the image has been heavily processed. It may not have been, but since the FIAP/PSA Nature definition requires that "all allowed adjustments must appear natural" and techniques that enhance the presentation of a photograph must not "change the pictorial content" or "alter the content of the original scene" I think this image would be better suited to an open competition than a Nature competition.
