One of the many handicraft shops in the medina. Our tour guide told us that nothing is really produced in Chefchaouen (except hashish, for which the region is notorious) and that everything is brought in from other parts of the country. That could very well be since I didn’t see a lot going on in Chefchaouen, whereas the medinas of Fes and Marrakech were humming with activity.
