It is amazing how much better everything seems when the sun is shining. Tonight we’re making the most of the last day of sunshine on the horizon. We’re walking with the dogs on the moor, looking at ickle lambos frolicking. Lovely. If there was ever a moment when we found a little peace, this was it.

When we got home, we were brought back down to earth with a bump – we’d been in a few minutes when a police van pulled up and the wheels started turning on our criminal damage case. It’s not going to get any less ugly I fear…the storm is on its way.
