One of the bosses’ dogs has been banished from the kitchen because we’ve had important visitors at work today. That meant he spent the lunchbreak with this hang-dog expression trying to snaffle our sarnies. His technique? Look miserable and starving at one person, when that fails do the same with the other person, then back to the first person again and so on and so forth. Needless to say, we’re very used to this sort of behaviour and the poor, starving, unloved dog was left starving and unloved.

Actually, all of that is nonsense – this is one very well loved little fella who is well used to using his undoubted charm to get his own way. Sorry Puddle, not today!
