Alexander's Castle
Fort Warden State Park, WA
Alexander’s Castle was built in 1883. It’s the oldest building on the fort grounds and has a rich history. It was built by Rev. John Alexander to reflect the style of castles from his homeland - Scotland. Reopened in 2005, the castle is one of the most popular places to stay at the fort. Fort Worden has a wide array of lodging that can be reserved by the public. Each of the guest quarters has a rich history and unique story.
