Theater Amsterdam’s restaurant Boven de Planken is located on the suspended second floor and offers a view across the river IJ.

A very nice view of the harbor... colorful and interesting. I find it very relaxing to eat next to the waterfront. V

Looks fascinating. Last time I visited Amsterdam we visited the area across the IJ where the flea market takes place.
