A nice subject. I love those dead trees. I think you have included too many. It is not easy, but more effective if you home in on just one tree.
Those trees are very interesting, but the way you present them here we can't see much of beauty of them. The lighting is not great.
You have lost quite a lot of details in the water and there is no detail in the sky.
