I love the starburst of the sun, the silhouette of the industrial building is great as well.
The orange colour of the sky behind the buildings is very strong and powerful. I feel that you left too much in the foreground.
You could have cropped at least two thirds of the water to make the top part of the image more prominent.
I prefer the top part of the image, it have much more interest than the bottom part.
