The innovative architecture in downtown Doha was one of the big attractions of the city for me – it seemed like every building must have been approved for a unique design that would only contribute to the striking skyline because there wasn’t a boring, boxy building among them.

I thought this was a very interesting building, with a traditional looking complex at its base and an incredibly high tower rising above it. I might have some captures of the base that I’ll post later.
