Katara Cultural Village, stairs with a building

I don’t know if this unusual building was actually part of the Katara Cultural Village or not, but it was right next to it, situated on the water. We couldn’t go in because it was still under construction, but not sure I would have wanted to climb all those stairs anyway! More about Katara: http://www.katara.net/english/about-katara/about-us/

This is a pretty impressive structure and shot. One would soon get fit walking up down those steps a few times! V
