We drove through the immense Wadi Dharbat, seeing countless camels as well as cows along the way. I’ll be indulging in my fascination with camels for several images, but this was my favorite, a very poignant capture. We watched this scene for quite a while – a car had just pulled out of the parking lot. The camel refused to leave the lot and kept looking off in the distance, apparently waiting for the return of the car.
