We ran into this Qatari man at the Falcon Souk, on his way to the very popular Souk Waqif Falcon Hospital. I asked if I could take a picture (of course not ready to!), and he said yes and immediately made his falcon flap its wings for me. In another picture that wasn’t really usable, it’s clear he feels a great deal of pride and affection for his falcon.
