The 4:20 From Paddington Station

Boulder, CO

Continuing a theme from the last challenge. Who would have thought, when we brought back a Turkish hookah from our trip to visit our son in Istanbul, that several of his old friends would break out of the storage bag where they've been living for the last 12 years just to try it? It's quite disgraceful that the two big bad Paddington Bears should lead poor innocent Pooh and Eeyore so astray! And they even stole some of the Turkish Delight we brought back with us too.

If only I could write, I'd write a short story about the years those two Paddington bears "lost" during their experimental period just so I could use this as an illustration for it. Of course, they outgrew that phase and have become model citizens, a real shame as far as I'm concerned! At least they can take out this pic and (almost but not quite) remember those days. Love it! -Sum-Won/Peter

For a long time I've been saying that those Paddington Bears are a bad influence. Steer clear of them. Paul

The smile on the bear on the left is priceless in this scene.
And the back bear is just leaning back and enjoying life (as he knows it).
Keep the haze.

I blended a couple of Topaz presets, to try to give it a hazy, smoky look. There is actually some smoke from a stage cigarette in the scene. I can play around with different processing, if folks prefer a different look.
