In this shot I finally got what I was after. The delay is about 300 microseconds, or .3 milliseconds, after the pellet first makes contact with the grape. I'm not sure if the pellet has already passed through the grape and is out of the frame, or if it is just getting ready to emerge. It's hard to tell.
