(Greyhound) Bus

This Greyhound Bus station sits locked up and deserted in the early morning hours. I don't think we even have Greyhound Bus service any more. The windows in the bus terminal are all papered over. Alone in the dark it looks a bit appealing to me.

It's a great shot. But sad if Greyhound doesn't go there anymore. It's a long time American icon

Seeing a Greyhound bus on the highway these days is kind of a "blast from the past" moment.

Really nice exposure.
globalgadabout24-Oct-2014 14:46
eerily attractive...still, the starkness reflects the reality of long-distance bus travel...V

An American icon. This looks very 1960s. There should be a smoke-filled café just across the way, inhabited by wanderers and lost souls.

Despite the warm colours, it's a bit bleak. Hope it's warm in there.

Nice lighting. If the logo is lit up - someone must be at home.

1st time I went to the USA, back in 1991, I wanted to try this great American icon! I was not particularly impressed, but the other passengers were interesting...
