Ginny wanted to make an angel food cake today. It turned out that Richard and Christiane did not have an angel food cake pan, so she improvised and adapted. She used a bundt pan. The idea was that when finished baking, she would invert the pan over a wine bottle. We have plenty of wine bottles around. The one thing she didn't do was see if the hole in the center of the pan would fit over the wine bottle. She found out, while holding a hot cake pan, that the pan did not fit over the bottle. I quickly took the dishes out of the dish rack and she carefully balanced the pan on the rack. Good job Ginny!
