Chimping is a colloquial term used in digital photography to describe the habit of checking every photo on the camera display (LCD) immediately after capture. (Wiki..)
Terrific light, composition., moment! I'm always chimping, sometimes to check exposure, sometimes I just can't wait to see the shot! Looks like he might have a ThinkTank holster bag...
The term, "Chimping" comes from the sound "Hoots"that Chimpanzees make when they are happy. Some photographers make similar noises when checking their images. ( So I am Told)
and a good habit too - shows care for the work, understanding of histograms, mastery of equipment and motivation to improve ;) great photo and a cheeky title, Bravo!
