Now we are on a shuttle bus heading into the park. These grizzlies, as well as others we saw were either in or near the Sable Pass area of the park. Do note that these are on the dark side, but are still grizzlies. We saw one grizzly that was basically pure black and another mother and cub that have the more typical light color for grizzlies in Denali that they refer to as Toklat Grizzlies. The grizzly in focus here is one of the two cubs, that are around one and a half years old. The typically stay with their mother 2-3 years.
