I like the way you've used the side of the building to lead the eye down to the water. Ruby looks like a nice place, but the proximity to the water suggests that it may be a touch cool in winter. (Mind you, that comes from the fact that it's been cold and windy here today, not from the photo which looks beautifully temperate.)
