Northern Harrier

Canaan Valley, West Virginia

Spotted a pair of Northern Harriers in the southeast section of Canaan Valley near White Grass cross-country ski area.
Have seen single Northern Harriers in Canaan Valley for several years; never able to get a lens on one before he/she vanishes.
Not a detailed closeup; just want to document seeing these birds in Canaan Valley.
