This was the downstairs bathroom when we first moved in. There was an old, (awkward-to-use) built-in hutch inside the tiny bathroom closet, but this room was also our master bathroom, and we only had ONE drawer for "his" & "hers" stuff plus one free-standing sink (not even a medicine cabinet)!
