My very first car was a 1980 Opel Ascona B 2.0S Berlina. Abused by me in 1991-1992 and regrets afterwards. In December 2013 I was offered to trade my 205GTI for a 1982 Opel Ascona B 2.0S Berlina! Almost the same colour, automatic gearbox, original sunroof and just 63,000km's in 31 years. Back to where I started 22 years ago. Older, slightly wiser and absolutely more keen to preserve this now very rare car. Regular family cars never saw preservation like exclusive sportscars. Ascona's are really hard to find, so let's stick to this beauty.
