Martiya (persian) in Elam,
Phraortes of Media,
Tritantaechmes of Sagartia,
Frada, of Margiana,
Vahyazdata of Persia,
Arakha, an Armenian from Babylon,
Skunkha of (pointed hat) Sycthia.
