A favorite Food: ทอดมันปลา - Tod Man Pla - Thai Fish Cakes

Ingredients: fish paste, red curry paste, egg whites, Chinese long beans, kaffir lime leaves, topped with Thai basil and a side of cucumber relish with peanuts.
As this appetizer is made deep fried in the wok, this is something I don't make at home.
