The calm before the storm. The Beach, Pier and Boardwalk were fairly empty this afternoon.
Starting next week there will be tens of thousands of college students there on spring break.
With dozens of bars, clubs, restaurants and other places to party, the students and local businesses love spring break.
The locals just stay away.
